Yes this is the computer tower, yes it is sitting on the futon in the study, yes it has to be fixed again, yes we bought it a year ago tomorrow,  YES I AM UPSET!!!  WHY?? WHY??? WHY???  Should a bought a Dell!!

We put Papa on a plane today, the kids are sad. . . we are sad . . . .BUT we are so grateful for his help with our kitchen build.  We are closer now then we were before he came.  And now the kids can know their papa better.  I kinda think they are going to miss the horsie rides and the floating down the river rides.  We are really going to miss him around here . . . thanks Gram for sharing him with us .. . wish you could have come too.

MmMmmmmm!  Blueberries.  Isn't this kid the cutest?  Today we were getting him dressed and he looked at me and said "Are you feeling okay mommy?"  How old is he?  I guess he picked up on my vibes the last week or so and can see that I haven't been feeling 100%.  What a sweetie!!

Munch. . . crunch. . . munch. . . crunch. . . No that isn't the dinosaurs eating but two kids, mom and Papa Anderson having lunch at the McDonalds . . . yep I forgot the camera, can you believe it????  So I had to settle for a picture of the happy meal toys that we got for free. . . Yes that's what I said . . . I chose not to get happy meals but have the kids share the chuggets (Chicken nuggets for you who don't understand toddlerease.)  But a nice lady gave us hers, she buys happy meals for the size of the burger not the fun toy inside . . . and then the cashier gave us another so we didn't have to "Share".  Oh well they didn't have to do that. . . I didn't ask for it. . . The kids had a great time at the play land . . . THANKS PAPA!!!

Most days this thing never rings and then today, it wouldn't stop ringing. . . I think before 10 am I had talked to 4 different people. . . kind of one of those busy days. . . bbrrring . . . I can almost here it ringing again. . .

It only took us a couple of hours to get the skype to work with Gram in Utah.  By then the kiddos were not really wanting to and needed to go to bed.  But we did see Sunny the dog and Peter thought that was pretty cool.  Oh yeah and Gram was there. . . we wish she could have come with Papa. . .

Craft group at my house today.  I'm a bit crazy . . . I'm still a bit under the weather but I decided to do it anyway.  I really didn't do much except have the house and the blocks ready.  Everyone put their own blocks together and they did such a cute job.  I forgot to take pictures until almost everyone was gone.  But here is how my house look as the whirlwind of people and kids took over.  Oh yeah . . . Papa is coming tonight and boy is my house upside down.  {Not all the kid's fault - I haven't felt like doing much and so the house is a bit messy and undone.  Hopefully I can catch up soon.}

Here are the kids playing with blocks on the table.  I have plans for those block . . . I just got to get feeling better so I can get things done around here. 

Tonight was the Relief Society Meeting and it went wonderful.  I wish I had felt better but what's a girl to do.  It is amazing if you talk to the right people that your vision can come true. {Thanks Jason}  I wanted to watch the video from You-tube from Elder Holland and had no idea how to get it to work but thanks to Jason, Bishop and Devin it was there on a huge screen and all were able to feel the strength of that video.
The music was perfect and the speaker amazing.  Even the refreshments were pretty good.  All in all it was an amazing night.

It is snowing inside today!!!  The kids love these peanuts and I hate them.  But what's a mom to do.  We ordered this game from Ebay and got it today!!  Yes we already have a copy and yes it isn't my favorite game {but it is growing on me}, but this is a copy just like Dave's dads.  It gave me a bit of deja vu.  When we lived closer to Dave's family in Utah we would play games on Sunday's and this was one of those games that the Anderson's tried to get the in-laws to learn to love like they do.  {Although my sister and her family really got into it while they were here over Christmas break.}

I have been a bit under the weather today and so I finished putting these together for our Thursday Relief Societ Meeting.  It didn't take a lot of effort and so I did it while Peter and Kirsten played with the Play-doh.

After 9 long years of good service.  This lady is on the road to a new home.  Sold to the first guy with cash in his pocket.  After less then 24 hours on craigslist, it was gone!!!  {We love craigslists - its been really good to us.}

I can't believe it has been 10 years since this beauty came into my life.  Oh how I wish I could see what she would have been.  She has taken a part of my heart.  Today I get to contemplate how much different my life would be if I had a 10 year old running around with her siblings.  I am glad she entered my life and that she was able to share a few months with us.  She is the reason we have to make correct choices and be better parents for our living children.  We want to get back to heaven and see her!!

On a sad note: My cousing Melissa Shephard passed away yesterday from injuries sustained in a car accident about a week ago.  We pray for her family and the challenges ahead for them.

Saturday is pancake morning at our house.  These are my two "helpers" as we mix the batter.  It is usually a fight and things go flying but it is a tradition at our house.

This is my exercise buddy.  Usually he is dancing next to me.  But this time he decided to help me do my crunches by sitting on me while I was on the ball.  Silly Boy.

Today Kirsten had a sick day from school.  She hasn't been feeling very well.  Telling me she has a headache.  I sent her to school yesterday after giving her some tylenol and decided to not do that again.  She has tomorrow off and Monday and I hope she is feeling good for next Tuesday.  Peter and Kirsten decided to play with the Play-doh.  I have always had issues with mixing the play-doh and so the other day Dave just got out all the play-doh and Peter mixed it all up.  I know it is silly but I usually only give the kids one jar at a time.  I guess I have rubbed off on Kirsten, she kept complaining that Peter had mixed the play-doh.  It's just play-doh, why do I let things like this bug me????  Just had to take pics of my cute Peter as he played with it.  Kirsten had stopped playing with it when I remembered to take a picture.

(NO he hasn't been beat up by his sister.  He has conjunctivitis in his eye.  It's kind of gross and makes his eye stick together.  Sorry little brother.  We all kind of took today as a sick day.)

Just finally getting to my family blog .   It really needed an update.  I feel like I have been on the computer all day long for the last few days.  I guess I am playing catch up for the last couple of weeks and not being able to do things because of Christmas or Birthday Stuff.  Hopefully in the next couple of days it will calm down.  Hee! Hee!  We have a fun visitor in a couple of weeks - PAPA Anderson is coming.  We are so excited.  Not like my life is going to slow down anytime soon.

The party is over and Kirsten is playing with her new Barbie clothes and her new ZuZu Pet.  Didn't know we needed a pet hampster . . . {it's a toy}?  Anyway things went wonderful.  We had 15 of Kirsten's closest friends over . . .  wow that's a house full.  We made crowns, opened presents and then ate the most amazing chocolate cake. . .  Did I mention it was a beautiful Doll cake made by our now famous Grandma Escobar?  (see Aug 2nd)  Kirsten had a marvelous time and was such a gracious host.  She thanked all of her friends for the gifts and made sure everyone got home with their crowns and party gift bags.  I had a couple games planned but the kids were having too much fun playing with Kirsten and Peter's other toys that we opted to just let them play with them instead of doing a game.

Happy Birthday (again) Kirsten  I am so amazed that you are really 5.  It seems like life just flies by.

What do two people need with 3 cars?  I've been asking myself that all day since we finally went and unburied the Altima and brought it home.  Dave has been using his company car since a week before Thanksgiving and now we officially have been assigned the car and so we needed to go and get our car back from the lot.  NOW we have to try and sell the Altima.  Do you know of anyone who needs one?  Anyway good thing we have so much snow that we can make our 2 car driveway into a 3 car for awhile.  Hopefully it will sell soon.

We gave Kirsten a ride to school in the sled - seemed like a good idea since we had snow covering everything and it wasn't stopping anytime soon.  Peter insisted on pulling the sled back up the hill.  After awhile I put him back in the sled and pulled him back home.  {I don't think he had fun the other day when we were sledding.  I think he got the brunt of the snow in your face part - being the littlest and the one in the front.}

She was so excited today to go to dance class in her tutu she got for her birthday.  I made it myself and it was soooo easy.
